My guess is that is a +1 internets box all right.
The lower box looks like wifi / 5G or something wireless. It appears to have an antenna with a yellow base at the top of it. For management ?
The top box looks like Fibre. The giveaway is that the ‘cables’ have so much slack – unlike copper wires that can be trimmed the fibres come with pre-fitted connectors, so they’re fixed length and need to be bundled up in loops without tight bending.
