  1. In our defense, who could have possibly imagined that Germany would perform a surprise attack through the Ardennes?

  2. Would this have any impact at the war at all, even if Germany won some ground, besides buying a little more time, before the inevitable happens?

    I really can’t imagine any scenario where Germany could have won anything with all these supply chain issues and many many other problems.
