I feel like the translation will be the easy part, because half of the text is missing and what is not missing is written in doctors’ scribble
the third (fourth) row from the bottom I think says “tai ma tik juoka” which would translate to “this only brings laughter to me ” which means the letter is about something unfeasible happening to someone.
