Head up to Fløya for a bird’s eye view of the city. Fløya, the eastern mountain rising 671 meters above the sea level is a popular location for both a great adventure and to gain a better perspective of Norway’s Arctic city.
First I took the Fjellheisen cable car to the top. Then I hiked to Fløya during the beautiful sunset.
From the top of Fløya, you can see the panoramic view above Tromsø, the surrounding ocean, and the hundreds of small and large Norwegian islands scattered throughout the area.
