How would I go about filling this in? I only know of IBAN, but that doesn’t include two dashes. I’m guessing an account number might have those, but I don’t recall it starting with BE?

They are just using the old style split of BBAN but for an IBAN number. Just fill in your IBAN.
E.g. with my bank account:
BE86 0018 7678 0450 -> BE86001 876780 450
Btw, your IBAN can easily be converted to BBAN:
BE86 0018 7678 0450 -> 001 876780 450
Just remove the first 4 characters.
The old format for account numbers (before IBAN was introduced) was written with two dashes. Just write your IBAN number.
The dashes are completely irrelevant for IBAN. It will be collapsed into a single string the database anyway.
