MP’s should have one singular source of income; their jobs. The irony of MP benefits (as I’ve been led to believe, do correct me if I’m wrong) like wage, housing, benefits etc.. is that they exist to keep MPs honest, because an honest man is one that is happy and well taken-care-of. In theory.
The political system in this country is corrupt to the core, especially the Conservatives and Labour. The wrong people get bought in, and the right people get forced out. “democracy”
