Amazon to shut three UK warehouses, affecting 1,200 jobs

  1. As much as I dislike Amazon and their lack of ethics, I can’t really blame them.

    At the end of the day, people cannot buy things if they don’t have the expendable money to begin with.

    The real sad part is, the crisis is destroying what was left of the high street/small shops.

    So really, this can be interpreted as moving their buildings around. Arguably not a net loss in jobs.
