Sandpaper made in Finland, so, manufacturer is dead serious about the standards. If the book says, that sandpaper should be able to seriously damage the eyes, lungs and hands of the unprotected person, it WILL do that.
No, no, no, no, no. You got it all wrong, I’m sorry. It’s actually warning about the pictures, it’s warning about a man (possibly co-worker) who will “morottaa” you or show “hi” gesture, but the person in question is deaf and won’t hear you nor he will say anything because he’s mute. That’s why he’s just making “hi” gesture but you should not be confused about this situation and just ignore the man, keep your eyes on what you’re workign on and not on the random man.
Edit: I just want to add that considering the man is behind window as we see on the first picture, he might be a stalker.
