Evri apologises for undelivered packages in Chew Valley

  1. **Worst company in the UK**. I ask sellers who they use now, and if they say EVRI I go somewhere else after telling them that’s why I’m doing so.

  2. We have two EVRI drivers for our small town. One of them is great. The other one, a local chap, has had to remove all his social media after failing to deliver anything at all for two or three weeks before Christmas. At one point he had over 400 deliveries outstanding. It didn’t affect us – we have the other driver – but given the rage on the local FB pages, I’m surprised he didn’t have his house burnt down. EVRI were/are apparently supremely uninterested in doing anything about it.

    You often don’t have a choice. If you’re buying something online it’s whichever provider the retailer chooses. I would pay more to have stuff delivered by DPD who have been reliable for me and give 1 hour slots.

  5. Currently waiting on 4 packages from Evri from before New Year. All sorts of status changes but never gets delivered, getting beyond a joke now

  6. All the money they spent on rebranding from Hermes to Evri should have been spent on improving the service instead.

  7. Evri social media is full of people complaining about lost parcels. With such abysmal service retailers using Evri are surely losing money having to refund lost orders.

  8. They just had a robbery at one of their facilities, £20k of parcels got stolen according to Manchester evening news
