What I find truly sad is that Bulgarian people always play themselves down at any given opportunity. So willingly painting a negative image about their own people. Although, objectively speaking, all the shortcomings the Bulgarians have, aren’t particularly worse than many other folks in Europe. I don’t know what has to be done so that Bulgarians would cheer up and start loving themselves.
