This is the only way. The ICC said it can’t prosecute Putin. They can only prosecute certain officials and only for specific war crimes, not the invasion itself.
We need a special tribunal. No putinist official should ever be allowed to travel outside of Russia without being arrested. That includes Putin himself.
The Netherlands said it is willing to host such a tribunal. Momentum is growing.

To even stand of chance of getting them in front of a tribunal, Ukraine needs serious deliveries of weapons, not this trickling bullshit. There is a non zero chance that Russia, the last colonial empire left, falls apart if they lose this war.
