This is a second kick in the nuts. First you lose your memory and then weeks later it becomes obvious nobody is missing you and you likely had no life.
Why the ambiguity over his language?
If he speaks Latvian, they certainly know after three months.
That narrows the options considerably
I pretty much never believe these things. He knows fine well who he is and where he’s from.
I’m not sure if I’ve maybe been blinded by TV nonsense but could the police/hospital not potentially take a DNA swab or something and see if there’s any matches for anything?
Well, British police are on the case so I’d expect at least several years before any progress is made.
Unless it’s a kid on an escooter they are just not going to put their best minds on the case.
