  1. Demonstrating how desperate people are and how poorly run the country is being.

Unless more support I given to workers then the more disruption the strikes will cause

  2. 450k days is not actually that many. How many people are ill on a given day?

These strikes are necessary to demonstrate what jobs need to be done in our society.

  3. Wait, it’s only highest in the last decade, there’s been comparable strike action between 2013 and today?

The way the media has been making out has made it sound like we’re back in the 70s

  4. And long may it continue until the people at the top realize the workforces are driven to these as the ONLY way they can get any kind of required change!

  5. And Companies are doubling up in closure.
Soon best private Education academys% School should be closed.

Transfer them to Government Schools by meeting their Salary, thus increasing Government School Standards

  6. Such a shitty way to frame this situation as “days lost”. When people are exercising their democratic rights, or rearing children, or doing anything else that’s not an economic contribution, they’ve not lost anything, they’ve just *lived*.
