Austrian companies have huge debts in Romania. How much money ANAF has to recover

  1. Google Translate of relevant parts:

    >A third of the Austrian companies active on the Romanian market have debts to the state budget. In total, they exceed 390 million lei. 500 of them are forcibly executed by ANAF.

OP’s comment: ANAF is National Agency for Fiscal Administration.

  2. If I wrote it correctly it should be about 390mil €.
How many companies are we talking about ?

  3. Austrian companies in Donald Trump mode😀.

The difference is that the austrians *are* paying in their own countries, but not in Romania

  4. Stop spreading that „Austria is bad“-agenda. The article contains about three sentences and even less information. Also it‘s about companies with austrian capital, not management. F.e. Apple shares are widely spread arround the world, still the company is considering to be „american“. If you want to provide information instead of agenda compare the average tax debt with all companies in Romania

  5. Glad that this is a tame comment section in comparison to other articles when the shitstorm was really moving

  6. I dont understand why some users do 24/7 propaganda like this one
Maybe you should think about why austria doesnt want you guys in schengen…. its not because they hate you its cause your borders are weak as hell and everyone is able to cross it

  7. Ah, the weekly poorly labelled Austria-bashing disguised as article.

If one digs in deeper, it comes out to less than 90000€ per company that actually owes money, not even every Austrian company. That‘s hardly „huge debts“.

Also, that whole article barely has three paragraphs.

To sum up: The title is misleading, the full translation isn’t even provided, the article has no informational value beyond „Some companies still owe taxes“ and just stating the data is all there is to it. No conclusion, no investigation, nothing.

    It‘s just „ Austria Bad“.

This is just getting sad now.
