Foreword: I know it’s an unusual topic, but this type of washing machine seems to be specific to Germany.
So I was an idiot and forgot to shut the drum doors before closing the top door and starting the machine. Eventually, the drum jammed within the cylinder.

Does anyone have a clue how to rotate the drum to unjam it and align the doors with the opening?
Google and YouTube didn’t have solutions that applied to us.
My flatmate doesn’t feel it worth it to spend too much on a technician as she paid 50€ for the machine before I moved in.
If noone here might have a solution, although this washine machine model doesn’t seem to be in production anymore, would Siemens have some sort of customer service helpline or email address whereby they can address these sorts of issues? I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has ever happened.
