Ah, mooie Ford Granada die de boot op gaat. Mijn ouwe bakkie, een 6 cilinder 2.8 liter. Liep in de winter 1 op 4 op de korte stukjes. Kon ik toen nog gewoon betalen van mijn studiebeurs en bijbaantje. Mooie tijd was dat!

De Disco ziet er wel tof uit
I’m from Sweden and there are several ferries going from Stockholm to Finland(Helsinki, Åbo), Russia(St Petersburg) or Estland (Tallin). They are more or less short-vacation boats. Great for an weekend and great for party.
Leaving in the evening, arriving in the morning and then you got about 8 hours or so to explore the city before the travel back. Was fun doing and not expensive. Good food too.
Never thought there was something like it here in the Netherlands as well, though maybe not anymore? People I talked to about the swedish ferries didn’t thought there was something here like it now.
Heerlijke nostalgie, als ik me niet vergis is dit de stem van Philip Bloemendal van het Polygoon journaal. Had je vroeger in de bioscoop voordat de film begon. Pfff ik word oud..
