Last like decades of underinvestment in our rail networks and, trying, to force people to work in dangerous conditions have backfired. Who would have through it?
I was a bit stuck in London yesterday by this. My suggested route home to Bournemouth was a train to Guildford, a bus to Havant, a train to So’ton, and then a final train home.
I ended up snagging the last seat on a megabus and eventually got home!
