Lithuania will have a perfect excuse to completely stop any traffic (including transit of goods) to and from Kaliningrad. Last time they tried to apply sanctions, Germany forced them to back down, but now it will be a clear case of protecting national security.
And then have fun supplying Kaliningrad via some kind of air bridge or eating grass. By the end of the year they will be holding a referendum about getting annexed by Czechia for real.
