Its a good idea but its hard to imagine the guards will be able to enforce this law very well. They already know who the worst criminals are but cant prosecute them without evidence. Will children have to be in court to testify against these people, that could lead to intimidation or worse for these kids.

There’s going to be a lot of parents going to jail so.
Prisons already too full. Will never happen. Purely trying to scare straight.
There’s the weekends gone so
Unless they get Nolan, then no jail time.
That sounds very difficult to enforce. They are already overworked and understated. Now they have to build a case of something that could be very difficult to prove.
