As always an known asshole in his area, multiple convictions in the past, no jailtime even though he broke probation etc etc.. All praise the “justice” system for keeping us all safe.

>The Tolouse-born Camilleri had several brushes with the law, with his most recent conviction coming just two weeks ago on January 4, when he pleaded guilty to petty theft from a Sliema health food store and breaching a probation order.

>Lija residents who spoke to Times of Malta said Camilleri is notorious in the area, with neighbours saying they had seen him shouting and verbally abusing his mother in the street where the family resides.

How does someone get multiple convictions and is still out on probation? Isn’t the point of probation no more convictions?? How did this human cockroach get out? Does anyone who knows the law understand why this happened?
It wasn’t a fatal crash, it was murder.
A fatal crash implies the car was out of control and an accident happened. Very sad.
This dude set out to kill, using a car as a weapon. That’s murder.
It’s a sad situation in Malta rn, I’m honestly surprised they even tested him for alcohol and drugs, which says a lot about enforcement in malta
I hope this person truly goes behind bars and stays in. It’s a scary situation how maltese judicial fails people. It concerns me a lot.
A Touloser if I ever saw one. Had I been the cop in this case I’d have used live ammo.
