29 euros worth of Swedish groceries

  1. Not cheap, but not expensive also. Id make bolognese and burgers out of that minced meat. Pork chops few lunches also. 30 euros and you eat whole week if you cook. For Sweden that’s great!

However.. everything is mostly tasteless. Depends on where you come from ofc. Mostly tasteless 😪

  2. The biggest takeaway I’ve had from these posts is redditors have no idea how to shop lol. This is for sure the best one yet as it actually has some veg.

  3. That’s actually decent prices. I always thought ICA was more expensive than our lousy Danish supermarkets with fewer products. Was most of this on sale?

  4. Not bad for Sweden! I would like to see other people from other countries buying the exact same item and quantities to know the price. Who can get the most expensive and the cheapest in the same country would also be interesting.

  5. Surprisingly cheap. I made a quick calculation and got 29€ for same groceries in Romania, where the average salary is 600€.

  6. Finally some decent fresh groceries. Decent prices in Sweden it seems. You could still save on the parmigiano by buying it ungrated or padano instead (unless you prefer the real good ofc)

  7. I’m not sure you could buy the same amount of groceries in Australia for this much, even with the exchange rate taken into account.

  8. You should think about your meat consumption. You managed to buy almost nothing else but animal sourced products. If you don’t like to read that, maybe you should think about that also.

  9. How about we create a rule about these pictures, that op has to take the recipe at cash register and put the numbers on each item. That would be much more informative.
