Having to change the house back is absolutely ridiculous, tenants have no reason to make a council house a home when they have to restore it to original.
The council pulled up two year old flooring in the house I left to leave it barr concrete for the new people moving in.

The tenant shouldn’t have to put it back. The council should.
All council houses have to go back to council standard as they have been sued by new tenants and had to pay out because of stupid shit. They are trying to cover their arse but it’s always the council who do it.
They want them to put everything back like it was 30 years ago? No wonder this country is so outdated! It’s run by boomers!
