   And since im assume you’re in Switzerland try to look at coop or lidl, you may find similar products (or just google some nordic/finnish stores near you since I’m sure they exist at least if you’re in a bigger city)

6. Since you’re in Switzerland as others commented ask Internationaler Supermarkt in Wädeswil. They carry Finnish products and might even get it if they don’t already have it. Otherwise Coop Fine Food 3-Seed Crispbread (Knäckebröt 3-Saaten / Pain croustillant aux 3 graines) is also good even if quite not the same.

10. Is it made only out of seeds? They used to sell here a bag of mixed seeds that you mix with boiling water and salt, maybe oil if I remember right, and then bake into flatbread like this. I believe the gelling of the flax seeds in the mix held it together.

    It’s probably possible to make your own, if interested.
