  1. They stated in the article that they want China to follow the rules, but that is part of the problem, especially when it concerns the high-tech industries.

  2. And yet the French are still scratching their asses wondering why Australia went to the US and UK with AUKUS. Going to keep being non-committal, then don’t be surprised when you get overlooked and ultimately sidelined.

    …but they won’t. Like what do you do when they don’t other than cut trade ties. Do the French have a solution to stop perpetual IP theft and state subsidies?
