Threats of harm are always going to be taken seriously by the police. Even if it is a joke. Otherwise death threats sent to people could simply be brushed off as a joke. Whilst river of hate is a detestable group, carpet bombing is not a statement to use lightly.
I *hate* hate-speech laws but threats of violence are usually universally agreed to be illegal. The question here is: *should the threat of violence depend on one’s capability to carry out said violence?*
If a wheel-chair bound person says that another person should be kicked to death in the street. Is that a death threat, or as leftist ideology would put it ‘inciting hatred’?
Threats are always taken seriously, despite them being far fetched. Bonnano wouldn’t really be carpet bombing anyone but I guess in a “dEmoKrtatik” country, Manche has the right to sue. Can’t fight the system…it’s a funny place and year to be living in.

I met the priest guy accidentally, and he just came up onto me and prayed on me without consent. Saying that be needs to save me from the devil 💀💀💀. he is very manipulative person and makes you feel that you are wrong and hes right which in fact is the opposite. After that horrible experience i just felt very uncomfortable for a week 💀. I never going near that building of that stupid river of love I suggest avoiding that clut at all costs

They are both assholes but they both serve a function in an open society. No one has any monopoly on truth and common sense.
Allowing the government to use them is stupid for both of them. It’s disgusting that the courts would even accept such a case when there are so many people waiting for decades in Malta’s corrupt justice system.
We have the courts with such a backload that serious crimes take years to be judged, and we’re wasting precious resources on this ridiculousness.

This whole issue started because a homosexual man who some media reported as a male prostitute approached this religious group for help. This person went on to attack two men and murder a girl on the faithful night.
The labour media came out with guns blazing because their poster boy had committed murder and they urgently needed attention to be diverted away from them.
So whether you agree with this religious group (I will not put labels on them) there was no one else the murderer could turn to. In fact, if anyone had tried to help him, they would have been savagely attacked. This person does not need help, instead he is the new normal.
So the comedian whose specialty is being an ass should not have gotten directly involved in this issue. He should have stayed in the shadows making silly and useless remarks.
Now he is trying to raise money. He says he will donate a little amount to an LBTQ charity and the rest he will keep for his ‘projects’.
First of all, LGTBQ is not some tribe in Africa. They don’t need charity! although they will happily take your money even if they are well funded. So mentioning charity shows what a moron he truly is.
It’s quite possible that two people do not agree and that both are wrong, one does not have to be right at all.
In fact in Malta it’s almost certainly the case that both sides are wrong because both do not come from a position with any sincerity and the country is intellectually hundreds of years out of touch with reality, which is why I find it amusing that Malta has now become so avante garde that it’s always doing things first in the world, the simple answer off course is that it’s a corrupt stupid place that is used as a Trojan horse, especially now that it’s part of the EU.
So yes the case is without merit. Both are morons. The losers are the rest of us who stand by like even more morons while freedom of speech is eroded even more, by the same government I add again that was happy to murder one of its citizens and for which all of you continue to pay the consequences.

This was years ago and the Police never did anything about it.
