Incredible voice, love his music
Such sad news but he’s been incredible the whole way through his illness. Never stopped gigging

Some voice
Used to do photos for them at their Dublin gigs. Remember the first one I did was at the Olympia and their booker Mark invited me up to just say hello to them. Barely said hello before Christy and Billy were insisting I have a cup of tea etc. Such a nice bunch.
Also most bands will let you in the press pit for just the first three songs, they always let us shoot the whole show. Always a great buzz at those gigs.
They get a bit of a touch off people but fan or not if you’ve ever seen them live you would see why they’ve a cult like following. Christy can capture a room of any size. Amazing stage presence.
