Who cares? I see ugly houses, ugly cars, people with ugly clothes and even ugly people on a daily basis. Maybe the owners like their houses in blue? Live and let live.
Could be worse. They could have been purple, pink, or fluo green.
Honestly not even that bad. Belgium has a lot of ugly houses worse than these.
