    Why on earth do we have council area development plans in *urban areas* mandating mostly two-storey development?

    At this point any council failing to meet housing goals should have it’s staff transferred to ABP, and ABP should rip up their nonsense plans. No wonder this country has such bad sprawl.

  2. The only reason this should be overturned is because it shouldn’t be 1300, it should be 13000, and much closer to the city centre.
