Eliminating taxes on plant-based foods would be a great idea. Going further, and not taxing everyday essential foods like eggs, bread, raw meat, and cheeses (in addition to plant-based groceries) would be another good idea as well. Non-essentials like coffee, tea, candy, and sugar drinks would be things that should still be taxed- in my personal opinion.
