Isn’t there like no tax at all in Dubai ? With skilled workers getting paid very well I can see the appeal. Go over for a few years getting paid generally more than double you’d get in the UK and paying zero tax. You could make a mint easily. If I didn’t have a young family I’d definitely consider going over and working like fuck for a few years and coming back.
Australia? Canada ? New Zealand? All countries that have a good economy, decent wages & you don’t have to sell your soul to live in

Move to Dubai. Benefits include:
• 0% income tax
• no public healthcare
• visa cancelled if you develop health problems
• little to no culture
• full of preening wannabes and airheads
• desolate desert landscape
