Please anyone who has a realistic plan that would work for a solution please post because in the 48 years no one come up with a plan that works for both sides

Sure but are we in the right preconditions? 2015-2020 was the perfect time and we blew it. Mavroyannis or any candidate can not bring the right preconditions by them selves.
The key is the Turkish Cypriots and anyone who is pro solution. But, as long you have puppets like Tatar or Turkeys policy blocking the way, nothing can really change.
Next years elections will be crucial for all of us.
