So you can get one with a corkscrew or one with a screwdriver
Well, actually you can work around most Philips screws with a flat headed screwdriver, of which you would have two sizes in your pocket knife. So you should always go for the corkscrew, which has many other uses. Case closed.
i totally miss the Wenger Giant here…
I’m a super tinker
Missing my favourite, the Explorer. It has a magnifying glass, and the screwdriver is on the end so it’s easier to fit in smaller spaces than when it’s in the middle.
My wife loves the one with the nail clipper.
Controversial take: Nobody ever was confused by anything here and this chart does almost nothing in helping decide which knife you want.
Need another column with the real soldier knife(s)
Mine has a corkscrew AND a screwdriver
I have a Spartan
The Compact is the perfect knife for me 🙂
Just out of curiosity: What would the hook be used for on the Climber?
You really want those tweezers for plucking any unruly ear hairs. The grip on those little fellas is astounding.
Cool chart:)
Does anyone know why in the army we were issued the Swissknive without the corkscrew ? It’s a kinda dumb.
Military one
Swiss army doest not even use these. Purely marketing reason to call these like that!
Team Huntsman!
I’m in my mid ’40s and it’s a goddamn miracle I’ve survived this long without ever having a Swiss army knife.
