Guy is an 84 year old sex offender, and the will seems clear that the daughter owns the house, but he has the right to live in it until he dies.
I’m surprised the will wasn’t declared invalid (or whatever the legal term is) given the mother was unaware of a key fact that it seems almost certain would have caused her to change that gift to him.
