I at first skipped the word ‘after’ and wondered why a bomb disposal unit were getting arrested

No idea why this isn’t higher up in the news than Sunak not wearing a seatbelt, this guy *apparently* had multiple devices and a gun and it was at the maternity unit. I hope this doesn’t just slip out of the news like it never happened, because I honestly can’t get my head around why anyone, with any motive, could argue that attacking a hospital gains anything. I feel like I’m living in some alternative reality.
We’re currently often at jimmys now with the wife pregnant and it scares the life out of me that some random dude wants to murder me going to the hospital.
My daughter works there – it was a bit scary for a while as they had no idea what was happening.
Wasn’t there a similar incident in Liverpool not too long ago where a guy turned up with a bomb in a taxi?
