Owner of the building number 192 in Travesia de Vigo street, has a bungler plumber called Moises, who makes reparations needed. This bitch woman, Celia, doesn’t like to spend money in this +50 years old construction of about 8 flats. So when rotten pipes get wasted she order these type of botched jobs. Electrical wiring of the building is quite the same pathetic conditions, and there are a couple more of ILLEGAL things in the building. I am wondering to report all these things to authorities, but not sure where I have to go for do it.

Spanish plumber
When I, your average guy with zero plumbing knowledge, got to replace a sink (because of DIY sake), I made it so it looked even better than the original one, made by a professional plumber, which was slightly crooked and even had a redundant piece.
So yeah, there are quite a few chapuzas in the plumbing industry.
(chapuzas can be used as a synonym to refer to the guy who makes chapuzas)

Si se puede hacer rápido, mal y barato, ten por seguro que muchos pagadores aceptarán.
Pero como dice alguien más arriba, antes o después tendrá que pasar la ITE y ahí se le caerá el pelo.
Tendrá que desembolsar lo que no ha pagado durante años.
Creo que es una muy mala línea de actuación.
Un piso /edificio tiene que tener estructuras (cableados, tuberías, etc) lo más robustos posibles.
Tienen que durar 50 años o más!

Muy tipical Spanish, la señora multipropietaria que sufre porque “le quieren sacar el dinero” entre inquilinos y fontaneros y tiene al chapuzas de “confianza”= cobra barato. Ni siquiera creo que tengas un contrato de alquiler, no?
