The midlands should be the first place to be underwater if there was public phone-in vote on it.
My house would be grand, bring it on, always fancies a sea view
Where will we put all those Dutch migrants
Dammit Dublin still exists
The water level in the rivers would also rise, Riverside towns just as bunched as coastal. Also much more humid climate and water vapor is a greenhouse gas. We will be subtropical
Athlone will be fucked as the level of the Shannon will inevitably rise too. It’s more likely that we’ll all end up in Mullingar.
*shudder*
It actually doesn’t even look that bad I thought the whole island would be gone
Stayed in the Radisson Blu in Athlone there a few weeks back. Lovely room with a beautiful view of the Shannon. Don’t think I’d want to be swimming in it now.
I notice that a lot of the area that Russian claims in Southern Ukraine would be gone except from Crimea – no wonder they want to hold on to it.
Time to invest in fan boats like the Florida Everglades
The Cliffs of Moher are gone but Cork City is still there. Ya I don’t think this is accurate.
Move to the North Pole seeing as there’s so much free land up there now
Norway and Spain don’t give a fuck
Looks like they’ll be busy protesting against Dutch and Danish refugees filling up the Mullingar Hotel.
Limerick is fecked.
The wesht’s awater.
Shuttle boats out to the great Galway islands
The ice in the water that melts would not increase the water levelas the same volume of water would be created that the ice displaces, unless I’m missing something. The ice on land that melts; such as Glaciers, would would lead to rising sea levels when it runs into the sea.
