As a Hungarian tourist I accidentally ran into the teachers’ demonstration last week in Lisbon. As it happened, I took some pictures. PS: The state of education is critical in Hungary as well – respect for your brave stand!

Sorry for bothering by Monday it will die down.
Disseste tudo PS .
Lot’s of communists in your photos…
Pelo que li aqui no sub, em Portugal só se sai à rua por causa do futebol e este húngaro pensa que foram os professores. Alguém que esclareça o homem!
Too bad they waited for about a decade because their party was propping up the government…
I hope we start taking Hungarian lessons.
Só *velhos*. Estamos feitos.
Thank you for your words. I’m a teacher and was there. It was a special day, I’m glad you took these photos.
The only way the govt will ever help the Portuguese people is if tourists hold demonstrations. Or perhaps the executives of TAP and Novo Banco.
Ele sabe que maior parte dos professores deu maioria absoluta ao Costa?
This comment section is edgy AF.
Good on the professors, that just like the health professionals, are the backbone of our society and deserve much more of what they are getting now (not solely talking about money).
More power to them!
