I never understood the hype for Aslan due to my age but seeing something like this I get it. Amazing to see Christy in his prime.

What a voice.
Met him a few times. Always stopped to talk. Always seemed like a genuine nice fella. Took a while but he always remembered Me.
Remember one time after a gig we were sharing stories (I grew up near Christy.) I remember sharing with him some personal problems I was having. He listened, genuinely listened, said “don’t know what to say but don’t give up.” Most times people would talk over Me or change the subject, He listened. That stayed with Me.
After a long period of time I am in better place. What stays with Me was his ability to listen and show such empathy.
As I said seemed like a nice fella at time. Hope he pulls through.
