Does the police start an investigation to find all those criminals if the victim doesn’t go to police?
And does the court sentence them for their behavior regardless what the victim says?
You can hear by their voices they didn’t even hit puberty yet. The one behind the camera is straight up a “child” trying to act manly. Unfortunately, this will not be investigated. Both they and they parents should be pursued for it.

This reminds me of a showdown in my city between two groups, they ran away because police arrived on the scene, though. There is also part of the city thaf literally everyone knows as kibol heaven due to their concentration in there.
Someone on the original thread said that they are all from the same school. And school and police already know about it, victim is fine, but scary to go outside alone. And the attackers have not shown up at school since then and are in hiding
