The usual way would be to upload an image to imgur or a similar image hosting service, and then add a link to the post.
That being said, if it’s an actual threat to your bodily harm, you can consider going to the police with it. Otherwise, there really isn’t much you can do, I’m afraid. At least you can take some solace in that the fact that such letter exist implies the culprit is unlikely to go further – they wouldn’t send a warning/evidence if they intended to do something dangerous.
Written by an old, mentally deranged person. The G in “gesehen” is written in a way that I have never seen a person under the age of 60 use.
At first glance it looks like it was written by a kid, but I think it’s actually from an adult with very bad spelling, grammar and handwriting.
Do you have any idea who might have written this to you?

Hi, I’m sorry for this bad behavior of these people. I would suggest, that this „letter“ is written by an 11 year old kid (just my opinion on what I saw there). Hope, that it’s the first and last time, that you get a hateful letter like this.
I’d inform the police. This contains threats and racist statements. There might have been similar cases nearby.
The hand writing has a certain level of development that i would expect from a 14-16 years old
