  1. > Mr Clarke sparked the row after he said £35,000 is the median nurse’s salary, and added: “I don’t believe people on an average salary of £35,000 a year need to be using food banks.”

    He’s not wrong though.

  2. First, Lee Anderson is a complete twunt and he’s just showing himself up here by seeming to miss the point that his employee is on more than the average salary yet can still only manage to rent a single over priced room to live in. It shouldn’t be a surprise that people in similar (even higher) salaries who have kids struggle to get by in big expensive cities.

Secondly, the Labour MP’s reaction is ridiculous. This nonsense about “even if she agreed”. What if it was her idea – she is working for a detestable Tory so why can’t she be every bit as bad as him? What if she’s actually a grown up who can make her own mind up, or are young women not capable of that in Dawn Butler’s opinion!?

  3. They talk about budgeting when these fuckers get 80 grand a year & still have to claim expenses. Shower of taint sucking shit licking fuckwombles

  4. I know this is mostly about nurses but there’s also the fact that he’s bragging about how little he pays his staff.

  5. > The Tory MP has repeatedly attracted controversy on the subject after he claimed that poor people only food banks them because “cannot budget”.

Did i have a stroke or is that really the second paragraph?
