Hi, ive been looking to get out of a contract for my gym and wanting to know if this here is my chance

As the title said, i kinda got finnesed on my gym contract and i am paying 69/month, not knowing really what a good price was going to be and im wondering if this here https://i.imgur.com/65Yx4KE.png

could be used as a good reason to have my contract ended.
