This is so sad, gaming is a cruel addiction! the government people are probably the owners of the bet companies…
It’s the same in Germany now… The poorer the neighborhood, the more betting places you have. There is a clear correlation and it’s sad to see.
Sadly Berlin looks similar
Same in Bucharest.
This sucks, but keep in mind, that a good deal of these are simply front ends for money laundering.
Is this where the Wagner recruitment is run out of?
It’s the same all around the Balkans, but it’s not just profit on the poor, at this point I think it’s a money laundering scheme
bucarest militari it looks like this:
10-level comme blocks, and at their ground level are ( in this order) : stanelybet , superbet , pharmacy , superbet , ATM , pawn shop , mozzartbet
Glasgow had a fair share of gambling places too, and adverts all over the place, and there are always posters in the window about responsible gambling and getting help, same on the posters, and they always claim their staff is trained to stop people from betting too high etc. Kind of hard to believe
Same in Sud Italy
Same in Montenegro. You have 5 betting places next to each other on every turn.
In Neukölln in Berlin these are commonly known to be place of money laundering
