I love this one: The spokesperson went on to say that this type of VAT adjustment is “not a procedure that we regularly have to implement in our billing system.”
That should be one of the most easy to adjust elements in their billing system. I know it is in our place whenever we need to adjust it.

Their customer care is impossible to reach by phone. I have spent a total of hours listening to their crappy waiting music.
