Should of learnt to aim beforehand, jeez this mans aim is weak.

Looks like he doesn’t deny throwing the egg, just the criminality of it.

Charge of what? Assault? It’s a fucking egg. Not exactly a dangerous object is it. Not really much more than a seagull crapping on you.
If anything it shows respect, not wanting to actually harm him but still clearly showing disapproval.
