STASY fines are mentioned in the lower half. Keep receipts etc for everything.
Not sure what their policy on SHA/BEN/OUR is, better use OUR to be safe.
Looks like someone didn’t pay their ticket

Why this looks anime ?
You can only use this e-payment code through a Greek bank & its respective e-banking platform (that is also the way ppl pay their everyday bills nowadays). I am not sure if this payment code can be used internationally, I’m afraid you will have to contact them at the number provided +302103248311 and see if they can specify an IBAN of theirs for you.
You gave your real name?

Don’t pay shit
You could have paid it at the airport post office, probably get 50 % of if paid within 10 days.
But if you tourist, I would ignore it.
You could go out with the paycheck man, and then starte running. The fastest, the better.
Dont pay anything
I’m sure that if you don’t pay it, the Greek police who have a 50% chance of showing up 2 days after a reported homicide, will track you down in your home country and arrest you for being naughty.
Ask the company (STASY) for their iban then send a transfer with the code (RF….) as remittances information of the transfer.
Are you a tourist? If yes you can ignore it. They can’t send it to the tax authorities.
Τι μαλάκες είστε αυτοί που λέτε να μη πληρώσει, πραγματικά…
That is a RF payment code. Usually via e-banking in the payments section there should be a field to enter that. The bank identifies the code and will display to whom it corresponds.
