Edit: Just in case you don’t know MSG isn’t an actual spice, it’s more of a chemical flavor enhancer so you’ll need some actual spice as well.

You need to have at least 3 asian food shops in close proximity
It’s at most east Asian stores in Oslo. The one in Grønland by the tbane sells it in 250g and 500g clear bags with red labeling. Pro tip, cut a hole in the side of the bag with a small pocket knife and snort some in front of the police.
