Imagine that little device was ever created. It did nothing that a calculator couldn’t. Or a simple printed chart. Even thinking of it from a sustainability point of view- how many of those battery operated plastic chunks did they circulate. We all had the hang of conversion after 2 hours. No smart phones back then and even very free with access to the internet. That’s a little piece of history right there!

I remember being ten when the euro came and thinking how annoying it will be having to carry this calculator around with me for the rest of my life.
