Neat. As a type 1 I would be able to use the same system myself if my phone supported it. Maybe one day..
So it’s a T1 pump+monitor + algorithm.. neat. I don’t fancy getting to the point I’m using insulin for my (t2) diabetes.. but I do like the idea I might be able to eat a slice of cake again.
Not my idea of an artificial pancreas.. but it’s good for those that it helps when normal medication isn’t enough.
