My wife and I were there in April last year and she bought us matching beanies. Then, I lost it on a recent road trip.
We live in the United States, so I can’t just go get another one.

They might not have the same style anymore. Those kinds if things change quite frequently.
I don’t live near the shop (I’m in Geneva) but will be heading to the US this summer.
If you find someone who will buy it for you, I can bring it over and mail it to you from the US to spare you the trans-atlantic shipping costs.
Maybe post over at /r/bern , they are quite close to Interlaken and someone might be able to go to the store.
